Don't worry, if your product develops a fault within 21 days or if it is damaged, we'll always offer you the choice of an exchange or full refund, provided you have your proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, bank statement).
How do you complain your product?:
• You have to download the complaint form and fill it.
• Then you send us back the product with the complaint form putted into the package.
• We will contact you within 7 days working days after receiving the returned package.
